Abstract

GRECO, M. Beatriz. Explorations in educational psychology: scenes and authority's configurations in teaching and learning contexts. Anu. investig. [online]. 2013, vol.20, n.1, pp.167-171. ISSN 1851-1686.

This article proposes to locate in educational psychology to analyze scenes and authority's configurations in teaching and learning contexts. This analysis combines a critical reading of the emancipation's philosophy, particularly the Jacques Rancière's philosophy and its conceptual categories to explore and analyze specific educational phenomena, with the construction of "scenes" that are visible through the "use " of theoretical tools provided by the thought of this author. The "unprecedented knotting between universal and particular", the "disruption of a successive order of causes and effects naturalized", the "production of new meanings and sensitive in an equal sense" creating "a world within a world",  makes educational psychology work around an authority that keeps the asymmetry as its feature  and holds firmly equality as a principle.

Keywords : Educational psychology; Authority; Emancipation.
