Abstract

ORTEGA, Julián. Sexual rights at work: towards promotion of gender and sexual diversity in public and private organizational contexts in Argentina. Anu. investig. [online]. 2015, vol.22, n.1, pp.71-79. ISSN 1851-1686.

This article focuses on the current situation of the LGTTTBI community in Argentina, considering the impact of recent legislation (Equal Marriage Act 26.618 and Gender Identity Act 26.743) in terms of rights expansion, regarding the inclusion at work. Therefore, the concepts of political regime of heterosexuality as well as organizational culture will be addressed. Moreover, the mentioned acts are analyzed as paradigmatic changes in the present legal framework, its achievements and pending reviews. Finally, inputs from work and organizat ional psychology are introduced in order to analyse the promotion of sexual diversity´s revindications in public and private organizational contexts.
