Abstract

In this article we analyze Mbyà Guaraní children's formative experiences. They take place outside school, by their peripheral participation in productive activities in forest, which are oriented to family reproduction; and also by participating in children´s play. At both processes we will identify knowledge involved, and also consider relationships between participation, gender and age transitions. This paper attends to analyze some articulations between Mbyà Guaraní children´s formative experiences, attending to their knowledge of world´s production, necessary for their autonomy as future adults.
