Abstract

CONTINI, Norma et al. Adolescentes, escuela y comportamiento agresivo en tiempos de pandemia. Dinámicas y retos. Cienc. docencia tecnol. [online]. 2021, n.63, pp.43-45. ISSN 1851-1716.  http://dx.doi.org/https://doi.org/10.33255/3263/1026.

Objectives: to understand adolescents’ aggressive behavior in contexts of cultural deprivation, explore their use of digital social networks and look into whether the aggressive manifestations expressed there were modified during the covid-19 pandemic. The Grounded Theory method was used based on a female key informant’s discourse interpretation obtained through interviews. Inductive categories of analysis were established: aggressiveness, poverty, school and mass media. The impact of the context of poverty on the organization of subjectivity and the social function of school from the perspective of inclusion were emphasized. It is concluded that adolescents from deprived contexts have lost their freedom (Sen, 2000) to use their capacity to obtain good life quality and the increase in their social vulnerability depends on multiple factors such as the media, ict, education policies and social stigma.

Keywords : social networking; adolescent behaviors; poverty; aggression.
