Abstract

SCARANO, S; CASTRO, C Perez; SEVINSKY, L  and  DIAZ, M. Spilus nevus associated to agminated blue nevus in a 28 year old woman. Rev. argent. dermatol. [online]. 2021, vol.102, n.2, pp.81-90. ISSN 1851-300X.

Both spilus nevus and blue nevus (either solitary o agminated variant) are considered benign lesions. There are few cases in which both lesions appear combined, which require strict dermatological control due to the existence in literature of melanoma originated from spilus nevus and to the clinical similarities between blue nevus, metastatic melanoma and malign blue nevus.

We report a case of a 28 year old woman with multiples hyperpigmented lesions on the pretibial region of the right leg , which were biopsied with histopathologic diagnosis of spilus nevus associated to blue agminated nevus.

Keywords : Blue Nevus; Pigmented Nevus.
