Abstract

ALONSO, Osvaldo. The actors' logic and the local development. Rev. Pilquen [online]. 2004, n.6. ISSN 1851-3123.

This investigation sets forth the hypothesis that the development is tightly associated to the social actors´ ways of acting and thinking. Therefore the studies and projects related to the local development need to know which the predominant logic among public officials, businessmen and community leaders is. Communities, understood as a particular combination of economic, politic and social aspects, may be defined by the scope of the relationships among the local actors in a territorial space. The nature of those relationships, which have to be changed in direction to development, is strongly structured by the several logic at stake.

Keywords : Local development; Actors; Logic.
