Abstract

RICCI CERNADAS, Gonzalo. As a Counterpoint Between Spinoza and Nietzsche: On the Problem of Values. Estud. filos. práct. hist. ideas [online]. 2021, vol.23, n.2, pp.1-16. ISSN 1851-9490.

Despite the constant criticism to which Spinoza is subjected in the mature works of Nietzsche, a certain similarity could be highlighted between the genealogical work and the development of the appendix to the first part of the Ethics. It is the interest of this article, then, not to reconstitute in intrinsic terms the reading that Nietzsche had of Spinoza through the explicit references in his works, but to establish extrinsically determined relationships between certain themes between both authors. In this sense, we will proceed to establish a comparison between the conception of nature of both authors, to then describe how both carry out this kind of genealogy of values and finally end with the proposal of each one in relation to what to do with this problem axiomatic.

Keywords : Spinoza; Nietzsche; Nature; Value.
