Abstract

GIMENEZ, Sebastián R.. Radicalism and Reformism: an Analysis of their Encounter in the 1930's through Three Case Studies. Prohistoria [online]. 2013, vol.20, pp.67-87. ISSN 1851-9504.

The purpose of this article is to analyze the course taken by a series of youth radical groups that emerged inside the Radical Party in the 1930's. At the beginning, we analyze the Juventud Radical de Izquierda and the Arturo Frondizi's early trajectory. The paper then moves forward to examine the Centro Acción La Plata. Agrupación Radical de Estudiantes y Obreros. Finally, the article refers to the Fuerza Orientadora Radical de la Joven Argentina. By analyzing these experiences, we intend to contribute further to the knowledge of the relationships that took place between radicalism and reformism after the military coup of September 1930
