Abstract

RIBADERO, Martín. ¿Nacionalistas? ¿Peronistas? ¿Socialistas? A propósito de la categoría de “izquierda nacional”en el escenario ideológico argentino. Prismas [online]. 2020, vol.24, n.2, pp.282-288. ISSN 1852-0499.

Nationalists? Peronists? Socialists? Reflections on the “National Left” as a category in the ideological Argentine scenario

The objective of the work is to analyze the trajectory of the category of “National Left” in the Argentine ideological panorama from the mid-20th century to the first decades of the 21st. The idea behind this intervention is to establish who has resorted to this notion and how they did it, with their struggles to classify and delineate belonging to other ideological options, in order to understand the history of a tradition still present in public opinion in general and political-cultural life in particular. If at the end of the 1990s this plethora of ideas seemed residual, from the present century it re-emerged as an ideological stream where political, intellectual and militant actors associated with the so-called “Populist Left” could quench.

Keywords : National Left; Popular Nationalism; Ideas; Marxism..
