This work investigates about the characteristics of three nudes feminines made by Rosa Ferreyra, approximate dated between years 1930 and 1950. These nudes are a little known aspect of her production, usually associated to portraits and still lifes. The works are analyzed from an approach socio-historical cultural, taking into consideration the aesthetic aspects in relation to the tendencies figurative of the period, and symbolic aspects in relation to the dominant discourse in the occidental tradition of the female nude and topics associated with «women» in art between the wars, of those, Rosa Ferreyra takes distance in these works.
