Critical theory and the social sciences in general have not adequately addressed the issue of colonialism and its  relationship with capitalism, especially on Latin American countries. In this paper, based on the recovery of critical traditions of Latin American Social Thought to the paradigm coloniality / decoloniality, is expected to reflect from a border epistemology, built from below on an approach to internal colonialism and its expression in some examples epochal State Argentino. This allows the emergence and understanding of tensions, which represent a critique of modern reason imperial / Western / colonial, to lower our operative forms of knowledge among the legacies of colonialism with its global designs, and bequests or local stories colonized spaces.
