Abtract This haul begins in the years of Eliseo Veron's formation in the Facultad de Filosofía y Letrasof the UBA from 1955 and shows one of the aspects of his activity in the Students' Center of the Faculty, after the occupation and restructuring of the university in the post-Peronism.The interview to Claude Lévi-Strauss sends to his first stay in Paris in 1962-66 and shows already the transition towards the semiology that is continued by the courses dictated in the École des Hautes Études in Sciences Sociales from the year 1973. Roland Barthes had made it name as the Associate Director of Studies. The third part of the article sends to the "interface" between theory and social practice: " Crisis of the urban and future of the City " was one of the first attempts of interaction between the university investigation and the company - with the RATP, the company of the network of Parisian transport - in a moment of political important change and was also the title of a seminar that was realized between 1983 and 1987 in the École Normale Supérieure of Paris
