In mid-1972, a group of militants of Montoneros organization, prisoners in Resistencia's jail, produced a (self) critical document that contains the political and ideological lines of what is known as the «independent alternative « . The aim of this work is to analyze the organization initially called Peronist Montoneros José Sabino Navarro, which will then remove the attachment of its name «Montoneros» to be termed Column Sabino Navarro, and inquire about their development in Cordoba during the seventies. We propose us a genealogic tour of their political -ideological discussions, their conceptions of the armed struggle and subsequent differences with Montoneros, as well as highlight, in some testimonies, «own» identity traits of Cordoba Sabines.
