At the beginning of the 1970s, in the context of political opening started with the launch of the «Gran Acuerdo Nacional» during the presidency of Alejandro. A. Lanusse, peronism was witness to the emergence of a set of political and technical groups, which had the purpose of delineating the government's actions in the event of a victory of the movement in the elections of March 11, 1973. This article raises analyze the proposals elaborated by the «Equipos Político-técnicos de la Juventud Peronista» (EPT de la JP) in the area of education and the implementation of some actions by the peronist left youth into the Ministry of Education during the administration of Oscar Bidegain in Buenos Aires province (1973-1974).
