Abstract

BARRAGAN SAEZ, Paula Eva Ivonne. Notes and reflections from the Cause 17/12 Task Force N° 5 of the Argentine Navy: Participation of researchers in the processes of justice, the notion of reparation and workers' demands. Sociohistórica [online]. 2017, n.39, pp.00-00. ISSN 1852-1606.

This intervention aims to problematize and propose some reflections on the implications, contributions and results of the participation of thesis students and researchers on the judicial system, specifically, on trials for crimes against humanity. We seek to contribute to problematizing and recognizing the voices and the objectives of the different actors present in a specific judicial scene, the oral and public process and the conviction of Task Force 5 of the Argentine Navy for the human rights violations committed during the last military dictatorship (1976-1983) in the industrial fringe of the cities of Berisso and Ensenada, and in the district of Río Santiago. We will try to reflect on how at that time the judicial area was receptive and served to materialize a class claim by composing an extended form of economic, symbolic and moral reparation for a collective of workers

Keywords : Argentine Navy; Judgments crimes against humanity; Reparation; Claim; Workers.
