Abstract

STAVALE, Mariela. Militancia Peronista para la liberación y su “alternativa” para el peronismo revolucionario. El debate con Montoneros y Juventud Peronista, 1973. Sociohistórica [online]. 2018, n.42, pp.65-65. ISSN 1852-1606.  http://dx.doi.org/https://doi.org/10.24215/18521606e065.

This article is part of a broader research that reconstructs the editorial and militant experience of the Peronist Militancy for Liberation (PML) and its continuation in On Front, with the Peronist bases (OF) published between 1973-1974. Here, we make our way in the PML magazine and concentrate on 1973, analyzing the conflictive situations that made Revolutionary Peronism in crisis. In this scenario, the political group that emerged around MPL, went through a process of transformation of its peronist identity that, at the same time, disrupted the political bets of the group, inside and outside the Peronist Revolutionary Tendency (TRP). To give an account of this process, we re-opened the debate between the MPL group and Montoneros-Juventud Peronista (JP), for being hegemonic within the TRP. We will emphasize the analysis of El Descamisado, the organic press of Montoneros-JP, because it expressed the public positions of the organization.
