Abstract

SOSA¹, Francisco José. Chagas:"A unfinished work". Insuf. card. [online]. 2015, vol.10, n.2, pp.86-91. ISSN 1852-3862.

In the current presentation some evolutionary aspects, status history, past and present of what seems like "unfinished work", developed since antiquity in the world stage, mainly at Latin American, Chagas disease, or American Trypanosomiasis are outlined. His feature of "unfinished" is expressed as a starting point, because of the theme that breaks from the great discovery made by Dr. Carlos Chagas on the disease that bears his name and whose origin dates back to old times. Moreover, by the fact that even in current times has not managed to achieve a satisfactory end, both epidemiological, and therapeutic.

Keywords : Chagas-Mazza;; Trypanosomiasis;; Migration;; Education.
