Collective teacher self-efficacy,understood as the shared perceptions of theteachers of a school that, together, they will be ableto organize and execute the necessary actions toproduce a positive effect on the students, wasrelated to different variables associated toeducation. Despite the importance it has acquired inrecent years, the instruments created to measure ithave limitations. For this reason, the present worksets out to develop an instrument to evaluate it andobtain evidence of content validity. To do this, theitems were written together with teachers andresearchers, according to the six dimensions ofteacher self-efficacy proposed by Bandura (2006).Then, an expert judgment test was prepared with asample of teachers and another one with a sampleof researchers. The items proved to be valid interms of their relevance and clarity, althoughsignificant differences were found between theevaluations of both samples.
