This paper explores poverty representations of the Social Action Department of Buen Ayre School, closely related to the Personal Prelature of Opus Dei) through participant observation and by interviewing its leaders and volunteers. It also shows how, by following its specific charisma, this experience allows those who “give” to properly develop in their daily affairs and future jobs, which are the suitable path to sanctify themselves.
