The objective of this work was to characterize the Prosopis forest status in Entre Ríos province, and to elaborate a condition guide. Twenty four sites from Montiel forest, Pradera Pampeana and Bosque en Galería Districts were studied. The application of the Guide allows to reach a rapid evaluation of the environmental impact. The current native forest status of the Entre Ríos should be considered as regular to poor.
