Abstract

GOMEZ, Walter. The Quensungual Agroforestry System in El Salvador: Study case. Multequina [online]. 2014, vol.23, n.1, pp.55-63. ISSN 1852-7329.

It was developed by the Lenca ethnic and was generation to generation maintained by farmers. The system has shown important contributions such as: soil erosion reduction, increase in soil fertility, stable production, etc.

Keywords : Agroforestry; Soil cover; Tree prunning; Soil fertility; Production; Droughtness.
