We report the unusual case of a complex elbow dislocation in an adult associated with radial head and external humeral condyle fracture. Closed reduction of dislocation and subsequent surgical treatment were performed with open reduction and internal fixation of lateral condyle fracture. A stable elbow after rehabilitation was achieved showing a good range of motion and the patient returned to work rapidly.
