Abstract

This article propose to explore the linked between the railway public called Central North Argentine and the field of health politics, the national and regional in the northwest of Argentina, between the decades 1920 and 1940.In this analysis, focusing in the experience of the Mission of Studies of Pathology Regional argentinian´s sanitary train created for initiative of Salvador Mazza and the expeditions again malaria. The firstly count about the mean of railways for the development in the scientific research in situ. The secondly allow study how the expansion of the rails could be interpreting like a chance for increasing the sanitary politics and, the same time, like a risk that facilitate to extend the contagion
