Children’s migrant status sometimes conditions their access to education or their school performance. This fact can be interpreted as discrimination against migrant children what becomes unacceptable within a framework of human rights. The objective of this study is to measure educational gaps between migrant and local children and to analyze their determinants Using quantitative methodologies it was found that migrant children are less likely to attend school than local children.
