Abstract

We present a case of silent sinus syndrome. It is an uncommon entity characterized by enoftalmos caused by homolateral atelectasia of the maxillary sinus without nasal nor paranasal symptoms. Although the diagnoses is clinical, the confirmation is achieved by images.
