The osteochondroma is a benign bone tumor, which can be easily diagnosed by imaging techniques. It usually occurs in adolescents and young adults without clinical manifestation. Symptomatic presentation is less frequent and when it happens is associated to complications. We present a case of a humeral pedunculated osteochondroma with traumatic fracture and displacement.
