Abstract

LACLAU, Martín. Las influencias filosóficas en el pensamiento de Juan Bautista Alberdi. Rev. hist. derecho [online]. 2011, n.41, pp.139-161. ISSN 1853-1784.

This work deals with the philosophical influences in Alberdi's thought. In the first place, the author underscores the contribution of romantic historicism, which, following Lerminier, is subdued, by a "philosophical element" composed of principles not subject to variations. The contents of that philosophical element are expounded in accordance with the doctrine of Jouffroy's natural law. Leroux, in turn, contributes with his formulation of the law of progress, approaching the progressive development of each people as part and parcel of the progressive development of humanity.

Keywords : Juridical thought; Juan Bautista Alberdi; Alberdian philosophy.
