Abstract

LOVERA, Lorena Zuchel. Philosophy without crying. Some findings about being a woman philosopher in Chile. Cuyo-anu. filos. argent. am. [online]. 2019, vol.36, n.1, pp.39-54.  Epub Nov 25, 2020. ISSN 1853-3175.

From the attributes of gender that are presented in a study on research in philosophy in Chile, the stories of some Chilean philosophers and an analysis of philosophical texts on the place of women in philosophy, a problematization will be made of the ideas of absence and invisibility that are manifested there. However, the possibility of an "other philosophy", or what could be called an antiphilosophy, from those same categories will be exposed.

Keywords : Philosophy; Woman; Chile; Invisibility; Anti-philosophy.
