In the new technological scenarios there is a reflection on the main actors in the teaching-learning process of design: student and teacher. The profile of the student today, the traits that characterize it, its relationship with the technological tools that shape their actions. The role of the teacher in your way to adapt to the new context of physical classroom with notebook computers and cell phones and virtual classroom, which opens new relationships and exchanges. The empathetic attitude of who teaches while running in the center of the scene to give rise to creative expression in a context discipline that exposes and want to allow the individual development without imposing or restrict. The knowledge of the predominant traits of today’s students (mostly from Generation Z) on the part of the teacher. The development of flexible links and its role as a generator of a space in a class that enable us to enrich the learning processes, in the framework of a group that links collaboratively and that extends its area of action to the virtual environment.
