This text deals with the “University Libraries” collection published since 1984 by the Centro Editor de América Latina (Argentina), directed by the renowned pedagogue of the University of Buenos Aires, Amanda Toubes, and which played a key role in the dissemination of knowledge in different fields of knowledge produced in more or less clandestine or para-institucional ways during the period of the military dictatorship and of censorship and ideological persecution (1974-1983), with the teaching given officially after and return of democracy.
