The research studies, from an inclusive design, the aging phenomena and discovers the benefits that acquiring a culture of clothing brings to health. During the process of bibliographic search, the synergy between both aspects and their complementarity are identified. It sheds light on the relationship between the concept of “personal image”, made from clothing, the physical body and gestures, and the studies on aging, which can no longer be focused on the aged adult, because 90 % of the process analysis is lost; other key aspects to be taken into account are life styles and the previous life experience to enhance a culture of good aging.
