This article is based on some results found during the process of investigation realised for the thesis of Masters in Planning and Communicational Management "Buenos Aires, pains and forgetfulness: networks of organizational relations in the territories of exclusion of the AMBA". In this article I propose a genealogy of the joint between the popular sectors, its political, economic, socio - cultural and residential experiences, and the social production of the metropolitan territory. From a descriptive analysis, it is tried to arrive at some conclusions, from the approach of the communication/culture on the relation between the emergencia and the relevance of the sector of excluded - in the amplest frame of the popular sectors and the processes of territorialization of the exclusion in the Metropolitan area of Buenos Aires - tie the gradual advance from the towns and establishments and at its space, communicative and cultural segregation, with respect to the metropolitan territory in his set.
