Abstract

GAIO, Daniel. A participacão do estado na formação do valor do solo urbano e os mecanismos de recuperação de mais-valias no Brasil. Cuad. urbano [online]. 2012, vol.12, n.12, pp.27-42. ISSN 1853-3655.

One of the most sensitive issues about the fair distribution of costs and benefits of urban planning is directly related to the decisive participation of the State in urban land generation with emphasis on public investment in infrastructure and built-up housing and social services,, in addition to regulating the potential use of urban properties. It was found that urban properties are valued as a result of the various state interventions, the aim is then to show the inefficiency of the process of capture of this added value by the government in Brazil.

Keywords : Value increments; State; Participation; Value capture; Brazil.
