Based on the vision of the global City as a conglomeration of unfinished modernity, which determines the nature of urban employment, the present article looks at this expectation with regard to its effects on the general structure of feminine employment Limiting the study to the Federal District, a brief review of current international and national parameters for the hiring of the women. As a result it looks at several urban regions of the Federal District and provides estimates of feminine regional employment expectations to 2020.
