It´s interesting to concern, on one hand, the material and symbolic contrasts between areas where concentrates urban restructuring actions and areas that are outside from the legitimated circuits. Concurrently, making focus in the space-temporal inhabitants and users' practices, the purpose is to make sharp distinctions more complex, to obtain maps and detect temporalities, uses, itineraries and sociability shapes differentiated. The analysis is based on an ethnographic research and secondary sources.
