Abstract

Since that, here it will be show two proposal for urban growth in Santa Fe city; one, from technocratic development, which put an emphasis in the infrastructure as technical media for nature control; and the other, more hybrid, which focused in geographical and cultural specificity of Santa Fe.

Keywords : development; urban planning; ambient; infrastructure.
