This paper analyzes a set of variables and identifies those of greater weight (correlation) with the value of urban land and housing (price per square meter) in the city of Resistencia for the period 2016-2017. The methodology was based on: I) the inventory of the property offers: land, houses and apartments (collected from real estate websites in the city of Resistencia). II) the obtained data' standardization; III) the statistical modeling (MLR) and IV) the results explanation. In terms of the results, the best model explains 55% of the land price per m2 through four explanatory variables, while another model based on the theoretical framework explains in a 59% but at the expense of including 14 variables.
