Abstract
BUSCH, Silvia Inés. Heterogeneity in the food upper circuit: global enterprises and enterprises with anchor in the socio-spatial formation. Estudios Socioterritoriales [online]. 2019, vol.25. ISSN 1853-4392.
In Argentina, fast-prepared food productive circuits went through successive modernizations during the last decades. These modernizations have deepened the expansion of the technical-scientific and informational milieu in Argentina. In these processes we can distinguish two groups of actors tan constitute the pure upper circuit of the urban economy: global enterprises and enterprises with anchor in the socio-spatial formation. In this article, we demonstrate their differentiation through the analysis of two variables: built environment and finances. More specifically, we study the ways in which territorial division of labor link with built environment and the power of actors to intertwine circles of cooperation in finances.
