The concept of the right to the city raises as one of its fundamental principles the equitable use of cities, through urban spaces that promote and stimulate the encounter and expression of citizens. Therefore, urban facilities are essential, strengthening social integration, consolidating cultural and recreational function and making access to health and education possible. The main objective of the article is to carry out a methodological approach based on the tools provided by Geographic Information Systems, generating discussions around questions such as: how is the articulation between urban facilities and the access of the population expressed in the space of a city? And how can influence of urban facilities towards concretion of right to the city be assessed, in urban-territorial terms?
