In this note, four species of the genusEleocharisthat present unusual forms are differentiated with vegetative morphological characters that are easy to observe:E. minimaKunth,E. viridansKük. ex Osten,E. canindeyuensisMereles & S. González andE. confervoides(Poir.) Steud, which live in Paraguay. The purpose of this work is to better understand their growth habit and favor their recognition for their correct collection.
