This article proposes an analysis about the income inequality in Argentina between 2003 and 2015. Three aspects associated with the personal income distribution dynamic are analyzed: income transfers, retirement and pension policies, labor market and its institutions (trade unions, collective bargaining, minimum wage, labor formalization). The objective is to contribute to the understanding of the scope and limitations of Kirchner´s government policies in terms of income inequality.
