Abstract

DEUX MARZI, María Victoria  and  HINTZE, Susana. Policies and Organizations in the Pandemic Context: The Popular, Social and Solidarity Economy in the Conjuncture and After . Temas debates (En línea) [online]. 2020, n.40, suppl.1, pp.227-239. ISSN 1853-984X.

The Covid-19 pandemic caused the global blackout of the activities that move capitalism. It went beyond the health sector to settle on the political, economic, and social scene of the planet. Among the labor groups affected by this situation, the most affected are those who work on their own, associative or self-managed, and who make up what has been called popular, social, solidarity economy (EPSS). In this article we will contrast the voices of members of the EPSS of Rosario organizations with the national policies for the sector developed during the pandemic in order to recognize the scope and effectiveness of the implemented measures, the needs or problems that are still persistent and the proposals of the organizations themselves for the formulation of policies for this conjuncture and afterwards.

Keywords : Pandemic; Popular, social and solidarity economy; Workers.
