Abstract

CHIROLEU, Adriana. Claroscuros de la universidad que construimos en democracia: autonomía, cogobierno y expansión de oportunidades. Propuesta educativa (Online) [online]. 2018, n.50, pp.24-38. ISSN 1995-7785.

The paper explores the main transformations that the Argentine university has undergone in terms of democratization between 1983 and 2018 through the analysis of a handful of dimensions linked to two principles that articulate university life: participation and equality. The question that organizes the text inquiries about the senses that acquired in the indicated period, the claims of autonomy, university co-government and unrestricted access to the institutions. And in that sense, it explores the achievements and the new challenges that are outlined in the institutional horizon.
