This article explores the problems derived from the implications of the pandemic in the broad framework of job training in Mexico. It arises from a national call for proposals to identify significant experiences developed by the training centers. Based on the identification of the experiences, a work of systematization and elaboration of stories was developed, which resulted in texts that expose the process experienced in different contexts. This project provided information on the effects on the supply of training, as well as on the challenges, both individual and institutional, that arose during this period. Innovations took place to continue responding to the needs of training, as well as a series of questions arising from the current conditions and from the proposal of future scenarios and... what's next?
