Abstract
HURTADO, Agustín and EVARISTI, Franco. Contar u ordenar, las opciones del periodismo riocuartense en las redes sociales. Intersecc. comun. (En línea) [online]. 2022, vol.2, n.16, pp.7-7. ISSN 2250-4184. http://dx.doi.org/https://doi.org/10.51385/ic.v2i16.159.
Social networks generated profound changes in the way journalists relate to their environment. This work focuses on describing the way journalists view their work in this new context. The first section focuses on the analysis that they make of their role in the face of the challenges presented by these new tools. Some see themselves as narrators of the stories presented there and others position themselves as organizers of information for the audience. The second section studies the way in which they relate to their peers through social networks. It is a process that combines goodbye to populated newsrooms and the appearance of new groups in virtual spaces.
