This work investigates the activities developed in the discipline of Information and Communication Technologies in the Teaching of Physics in a graduate program at a Federal University in southern Brazil. To contribute to the investigation, two questionnaires were developed, applied at the beginning and at the end of the course. Based on the results obtained, it is admitted that the integration of TDIC is not limited to the selection and use of the various technological resources available, but assumes a process of articulation between the potential of these tools and the knowledge of teachers in the search and development of didactic strategies -methodo- logical in the context of teaching Physics.
