Abstract

During last argentine military dictatorship of the twenties century the dictators maintained the subversive aggression used and tried to used to get their objectives from victory, "... all imaginable means: the press, the songs of protest, the funny papers, the movies, the folklore, the literature, the university cathedra, the religion...". They understood that the stateless enemy habited the home of every common argentine citizen, specially affecting the space for ideas. So what as a consequence corresponded too them, "... in the context of the global fight, to eradicate their causes and eliminating their effects, healing all those fields of the social body that were affected by the dissolving action of the subversion". The fight turn into the fight for the power of argentine culture. They turned chord to this purpose next to his civil ideologists into the educational system one of the principal scenes of the crusade for the recuperation of "... the moral and spiritual values of nationality..." This communication will try to unveil how the guide lines educational policy articulated in the national and jurisdictional levels during the autonamed periods of basic and creation realignment, to give fulfilment to the in pursuit of the work order and social discipline policy implicitly suggested to submit the totality of the social body. This communication also takes effect their study in the tension of the of the process of organising/discipline and the one of decentralisation/ deregulation of the educational system, observing in particular what happened in educational jurisdiction of Entre Ríos.
