This paper does a reading of two stories by Abelardo Castillo: “El candelabro de plata” (1961) and “Thar” (1992). This reading postulates the existence of instators of discursiveness (Foucault 1969) in the literary sistem.Irorden to prove that possibility we’ll establish links between Castillo’s stories and Poe’s and Borge’s works.
