The present work studies the negative condition of criticism as writing work in the Argentine essayist Nicolás Rosa (1938-2006). To do so, he analyzes the operations carried out at first (1970-1987) from a critique of meaning to a negative condition of meaning, which heralds not only a literature to come but also a critique that could be defined as the future of style.
