Abstract

VECCHIO, Alejandro Del. Manifiestos y programas en la era de la revolución digital:la poesía maquinal de Eugenio Tisselli. CELEHIS [online]. 2022, n.44, pp.9-9. ISSN 2313-9463.

At the beginning of the 20th century, European art flourishes in a context of drastic changes on the planet. Then, several revolutionary currents proliferate, united by the purpose of renewing fossilized or institutionalized artistic modalities. A century later, successive war conflicts, social and economic crises, and the speed of various technocultural mutations (among many other facts) restore the relevance of manifestos and programs (a term resemantized by computing) as privileged textualities for those who produce digital arts and digital literature. It is pertinent, therefore, to investigate manifestos and programs of Eugenio Tisselli, a poet, net.artist and computer engineer born in Mexico, whose metatextual production operates as an unavoidable complement to his artistic and literary work.

Keywords : digital revolution; manifestos; programs; Eugenio Tisselli; mechanical poetry.
